Randy Janinda is a Senior Application Security Consultant with SecureWorks. He has over 10 years of experience in application and systems security including designing and developing intrusion prevention devices and conducting malware remediation research. Randy is currently responsible for penetration testing and web application security assessments at Secureworks.
Randy will be leading a session on How To Keep your Web Applications Safe from Cyber Attacks at the conference.
Beverly joined SWACHA in 1998 and has held every training position in the Education Services Department. Prior to her promotion in 2005 to Director of Education Services, she was responsible for developing and presenting educational seminars to SWACHA’s members via face-to-face seminars as well as via telephone seminars. In her current position, she is responsible for overseeing all of SWACHA’s educational efforts.
Beverly has presented at several national industry conferences as well as numerous regional conferences and she takes an active role in helping members on SWACHA’s Payments Answerline™. Beverly has over 20 years of ACH experience which includes over 13 years “hands on” ACH experience in the Credit Union community. She is currently on several of NACHA’s Rules Workgroups and is also on NACHA’s AAP Blue Ribbon Panel.
She received her AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designation in 1995 and became re-accredited in 1999 by successfully re-passing the exam. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative Management from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas.

Matthew C. Davies, AAP, has over eleven years of experience in the electronic payments industry, nine of them as ACH Specialist with the Federal Reserve Banks of Kansas City and Dallas. He has also served as a product manager in the bankcard and commercial banking industries.
Mr. Davies earned his Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) status in 2000. He has frequently presented ACH topics for Federal Reserve seminars, and has spoken at industry conferences and seminars such as those sponsored by the Southwestern Automated Clearing House Association (SWACHA) and local chapters of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). He is a co-author of the working paper Nonbanks in the Payments System, published in book form by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2003.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Davies graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History.
During the conference Matthew will be leading a session on Federal Reserve Bank Payment Update.

Loras Even is a managing director with the Technology Risk Management Services. He brings more than 28 years of experience in information technology, which includes 11 years of focusing on security. Loras specializes in network security assessments for regulated clients. Loras has directed the security assessment practice for a variety of industries, including financial institutions, health services, manufacturing and government.
Loras began his career in 1981 as a field engineer with a minicomputer firm, where he later became a lead engineer for the eastern Iowa district and served as a project manager for a large Beta PBX test site.
Loras later joined a regional Bell operating company as a technical design consultant to assist customers in designing and implementing a regional WAN. This WAN used a wide range of technologies, including ATM, frame relay and SONET-based services.
At the conference Loras will be leading a session on Merchant Capture Audit.
Kathlyn L. (Lyn) Farrell is the National Director of Risk Management Services for Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions, an Austin-based bank consulting company where she oversees a national Risk Management practice. Lyn is a licensed attorney with 30 years experience in banking. She has been in-house counsel and compliance officer for small and medium-size banks. Her experience also includes working as an attorney in the legal division of GE Capital.
She is the author of numerous publications, including the ABA’s Reference Guide to Regulatory Compliance and the Law and Banking and Consumer Lending textbook. She was an original co-author of the ABA’s Compliance Audit Manual. In 2009 she has authored articles on fair lending, flood insurance rule compliance, Truth in Lending changes and enforcement action management for various banking magazines. Her latest article is Tweets & Posts & Blogs: Social Networking Compliance for the September/October 2009 edition of Bank Compliance Magazine. She is a frequent speaker at banking conferences. Lyn received her law degree from the University of Houston and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
